Marcus is an associate with the firm who focuses his practice on workers' compensation and personal injury claims.
Marcus graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law. While attending UDSL, he competed for the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams in various competitions throughout the country.
During law school, Marcus clerked for multiple judges in Montgomery County, which gave him an inside look at the litigation system. Additionally, Marcus worked in the UDSL Criminal Law Clinic under the supervision of the Federal Public Defenders Office. This provided him the unique opportunity to represent indigent clients charged with misdemeanor offenses in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio as a law student.
Before law school, Marcus graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University, where he was a member of the baseball team.
Marcus is a member of the Dayton Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, and the Ohio Association for Justice. He aggressively and ethically represents injured workers and prides himself on treating every client with respect and compassion.
When Marcus is not at the office, he enjoys Cleveland sports, spending time with friends and family, walking his two dogs, and making items for home in his growing workshop.
