David speaks about a case that was special to him:

In the 1980's, I concentrated on defending doctors in malpractice lawsuits. Cases with medical issues involve life-changing or deadly problems, with risks of devastating results if not treated properly. These are serious cases, involving lasting injury, financial costs, loss of work and other bad consequences.

Sometimes, nobody's at fault. But when a person suffers because of bad decisions or irresponsibility of another person or company, our system of law provides solutions.

Twenty years ago, I left the defense of doctors and insurance companies, deciding to advocate for people and families who need seasoned counsel to resolve complex injury and death cases

Unfortunately, you must expect claims to be strongly opposed – and usually denied – by lawyers on the other side. It is important to understand the opposition. I've been on the other side, and know their ways.

We draw on many resources, with access to expert witnesses and the collective knowledge, skills and expertise of top-notch lawyers, to find solutions to each client's unique needs.

It is our job to improve clients' conditions, to relieve burdens that follow unexpected failures of others. It is our job to navigate the legal system, overcome obstacles, and follow through to the courtroom when that is required. And wherever possible, to help correct problems so that risk of future harm is reduced.

We set these high standards because it keeps us true to the mission of finding the best possible results for our clients..
